Healing Sessions

Because each person and his or her reason for reaching out to me is unique, I like to start out by scheduling a free, 15 minute consultation together.  This gives you a chance to see whether my work is the right direction for you, as well as giving me a chance, should that be a yes, to suggest the best way to proceed. Most clients begin with a healing session for themselves, even if they are contacting me about a child. 

My work is based in energy and need, not time.  I use many tools including guided Reiki healing experiences/meditations, Reiki healing sessions (on a massage table), aromatherapy, crystals, sound healing, Angelic channelling, oracle cards, meditation, and prayer, as well as holistic health coaching and intuitive/spiritual counseling. I gauge your energy and goals during the session to determine which direction to take.  My session fee, $150, has this flexible approach in mind.  An average visit is 75 minutes in duration, and the first visit will be at least 90 minutes.  Shorter visits available upon request.

I also have created custom packages for clients based on our consultation together, including a variety of services.  Examples can include energetic house clearing, mini-healing sessions for the whole family, parent/child meditation coaching, children's healing sessions, holistic lifestyle and plant-based health coaching.  I have worked with adults, families, and children and teens.  I am happy to schedule sessions in person  in  Skokie and Lake Forest, as well as via telephone or video conference.

Reiki Classes

I offer classes in the Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho tradition:  Family Reiki, First and Second Degree Reiki, ART/Reiki Master Training and Karuna Reiki Master Training. Animal Reiki I/II and Animal Reiki Master classes are also avialable.

In addition to regularly scheduled classes, I arrange private, semi-private and small group classes on request.  Please contact me if you are interested in learning Holy Fire III Reiki.
