We will start the process with a phone consultation so I can learn more about your interest and you can learn more about how I work with kids. I sometimes will suggest that the parent come for a Reiki session first before they bring their child, especially if they both are new to energy healing. This will help offer a context for the parent to share with their child before they bring them in to see me.

- Private healing sessions for kids and their caregiver. We spend time learning about energy and the mind-body connection with games and mindfulness activities, before moving to an energy healing session. The parent/caregiver stays in the room with the child.
- Meditation and mindfulness classes for children and teens
